Horrible customer service

Purchased a Keurig K Supreme Plus coffee maker in March of 2021. After 18 months it won't turn on. Their customer service rep said the best fix they knew of was to try plugging it in to another outlet. When it still wouldn't turn on they basically said: You're out of warranty so please just go away or buy a new one. I then said: Do you know if it can be repaired: They would not answer the question. Complete waste of time and money.

NEVER AGAIN

I ordered the brewer on Keurig.com and the purchase was fairly straightforward even though their site has some sort of glitch with my bank and I had to change payments methods to get it to process. Shipping was as expected. However, things get absolutely unsatisfactory from there. My brewer has a problem where it sometimes shuts off when the brew button is pushed. Queue my weeklong struggle with their customer support to try to get a replacement brewer. There were numerous phone calls and numerous emails. They needed a picture of the brewer and a note with my name, the date, and my service request number. 1st try, a separate picture of the brewer and the note (rejected). 2nd try, I printed a picture and wrote the note on the print out (rejected). 3rd try, I wrote a note and took a picture of the note in front of the brewer. This despite the fact that I bought it directly from their website and the problem surfaced the first day I owned the unit. Now I'm waiting to see if they will accept my latest submission. Do yourself a favor and buy a machine locally where you can return it seamlessly if it is defective. Oh, judging by my experience and that of other friends and associates, their quality has gone down the toilet so you may very well need support.

K-Café® Special Edition Single Serve Coffee, Latte & Cappuccino Maker

Turns off after selection and startup process. I was told I needed to purchase a new one as the fix. Less than 2yrs old. So don't waste your money on Kuerig or buy a warranty for a few years if available. Fortunately it still runs but I assume that won't be long before it goes the way if the dodo. Every Kurt if I've purchased dies out quickly after the warranty runs out.

Wonderful!

I purchased the Keurig K cup coffee/latte/cappuccino maker at Walmart for $99. This machine is awesome! Makes delicious coffee and nice foamy lattes. I havent made a cappuccino yet but sure that is delicious as well. This machine is easy to operate and clean and fits onthe counter. I love this!

Unable to descale coffee maker

Do not buy a Keurig! Descale light came on used cleaner to descale, which did not work, light remains on. A coffee maker should not require this much maintenance. A waste of $100. After this one break will buy a conventional coffee maker. Keurig sucks!

Carafe leaks

Don't buy a keurig dual coffee maker. The carafe has a design flaw and leaks when pouring. Customer service is no help. Their answer is to send you a new carafe.

Absolutely the worst on the planet I…

Absolutely the worst on the planet I have purchased several of these as gifts I have them in my home and our RV and nothing but problems I called customer service could care less it sure is not the same service that they used to provide I believe it’s a different manufacture or something but this coffee pot is crap

Poor Quality: The Keurig K900

Poor Quality: The Keurig K900 almost lasted 1 year and a half before it stop working. It would not power up ( won't turn on)... So I called Keurig customer service and they said could not help me. Overall, I think this is a great example of product obsolescence. In the end, Keurig products are designed to be of poor quality so that they can sell you another poor product in the end again...

Machines and Auto-delivery

Overall their program is OK so long as you don't encounter issues. However, if you must contact their customer support team be prepared for long calls and no real support. They essentially repeat what you can already see online in your account, and will offer a free box of coffee to hopefully appease you. If you need actual help in resolving an issue, you're out of luck.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Keurig?

A:

I found it quite easy to tell you the truth. I got through right away but I had to wait for 5 minutes as she was busy with someone else but that wasn't a bad wait time at all.

Are there other similar companies to Keurig that are less expensive or better?

A:

I wouldn't say there are businesses that build the exact same thing but there are several close ones Nespresso and Tassimo but they're more expensive.
